Ms. Bordados is a shop selling canvas embroidery kits and courses, run by Magdalena Czarnievicz (NIE Y8282079T, Berlín 51, 08014, Barcelona — msbordadoseu@gmail.com).

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment methods: credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay, among others, processed securely.

Shipping, exchanges and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and our Exchanges and returns policy. All products carry the legal 3-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Online courses include 1 year of access from the date of purchase. The courses, videos and patterns are for personal use: sharing, reselling or redistributing them is not permitted.
