Do I need to know how to stitch to get started?
No. We guide you step by step, right from scratch.
What does a beginner kit include?
All the materials you need, plus access to video tutorials that introduce you to the technique.
Do I need a hoop or any other tools?
You don't need a hoop. Sometimes a pair of scissors; often not even that, because your wool comes already cut.
How long does it take to finish a project?
It depends on the project and on how much time you give it. You don't need to sit down for hours. Two minutes a day is enough.
What is canvas and why is it good for getting started?
It's the base of our embroidery. A gridded fabric, and that's exactly why it's ideal for starting out: it guides you on where to put the needle. It's easy to handle and very easy to see.
Can I give a kit as a present?
Yes. It makes a lovely present.
