Shipping policy

We ship to the whole of Spain (mainland, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands) and to much of Europe: Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Within mainland Spain, your order usually arrives in about 3 working days, although sometimes it can take up to 10 working days. For the islands and the rest of Europe the timescale depends on the destination: roughly between 10 working days and one month.

You always see the exact shipping cost before paying, on the checkout screen. Free shipping on orders from €100 with delivery to mainland Spain.

If your address is outside mainland Spain (the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla), please give us your DNI/NIF (Spanish national ID number) when placing your order: it is compulsory in order for us to be able to send it.
