Refund policy

Returns. Have you received your order and it wasn't what you were expecting? You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive it to return it, without having to give us any reason. Write to us within that period at msbordadoseu@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (+34 623 949 712) and we'll tell you how and where to send it. The product must be unused and complete, in the same condition in which it arrived. The return postage costs are paid by the customer.

We refund your money using the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 days from the day the product reaches us.

Exchanges. Would you rather exchange it for something else? You can do that too: write to us and we'll arrange it. The postage for the exchange is paid by the customer.

If it arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item. We sort it out ourselves, at no cost to you: write to us and we'll send you a replacement. In addition, all our products carry the legal 3-year guarantee against defects that already existed at the time of delivery (it does not cover wear and tear from normal use).

Online courses and Masterclass. Access is immediate: you can start today. For that reason, when you buy a course you expressly accept that access begins straight away and that, once it has started, the right of withdrawal is lost (article 103.m of the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios — the Spanish General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users). For courses that come with a kit, the physical kit does have its 14 days for returns. If you have any trouble getting access, write to us and we'll fix it.
